Had I seen your vid as the trailer I would have gone to see the movie. The trailer in movie theaters was uninspiring and I'm not a Kidman fan, so I stayed home. Beautiful vid. Was the music from the movie? If it wasn't, it should have been.

Wow. Everything about the official trailer screamed "stay away" and I did. But your editing here is simply dazzling. Had I seen this first, I would definitely have gone to see it on the big screen. In fact, until I saw the awesomely boring trailer for it I had planned on doing that.

this was really amazing! and come to think, the official trailer was really abysmalish, I end up watching the movie at home and thought, shit that might have been great on big screen!

WOW! I see what you mean about the cinematography, it's beautiful. Nicole Kidman's eyes are very pretty at the beginning! Although I didn't really have much idea what was going on, it did make me want to see the film (unlike the official trailer) - they should really hire you to make these things :D

Finally got around to watching this. As usual, your style is simply stunning! I haven't seen the movie, and to be honest, I haven't really wanted to. I'm not a Hugh Jackman nor a Nicole Kidman fan (although I love "Far and Away" and I'm currently debating if I want to try vidding that movie). However, the cinematography looks like it was truly impressive. Although it's one of those films that would have probably been much better appreciated on the big screen, this vid makes me think I should probably give it a try anyway.

I'm thinking "Man, if this had been the real trailer I would have gone to see the movie in the theater!" I wasn't impressed with the studio advertising and I cringe whenever Kidman is on screen so I passed on this movie. I'll have to go rent it now. It better be as good as you make it look!! *grins*

I love this movie! And you really did it justice. You captured all the aspects of the movie that I loved. The beauty, the drama, and the exctiement. It literally gave me goosebumps.

O wow… this is really amazing what you did here. And I don’t know “Australia”, didn’t have a chance to watch it yet but now I want to run and rent it:) I wonder how much the coloring is different from original, you said you were playing with it? And IM is always perfect if you need something epic and breathtaking, yes:)
